The program contains six chapters which collectively teach: what alcohol is; how alcohol is made; what happens to alcohol in the body after it is consumed; the choices individuals have regarding consumption of alcohol; the effects of drinking alcohol on the body, government recommended drinking guidelines and the concept of a "standard drink"; and laws regarding drinking in each state and territory. Each chapter finishes with a short quiz on questions that highlight the major issues raised.

Play & Win is used to reinforce the learning delivered in the program. The Think team puts up new games periodically with similar score values. The games are simple to play but hard to master! After registering and logging-in, users can play the games and accumulate high scores by ‘rolling over’ scores gained from making consecutive plays. Each time a user finishes a game and elects to either accumulate the score with additional play or to pst the score to the scoreboard, they must first answer a question drawn from the Think program. An incorrect answer means the (total accumulated) score is lost.
